Our Legal Information: Any use of this site constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions
1-Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveler receive comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, loss of effects, repatriation, cancellation and interruption of the trip and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience. You are. You agree to bear all the medical and transportation costs that are provided to you, and any minors traveling with you during the trip. “Real Sahara Experience” has no responsibility to cover the medical costs of any person or to leave any country in any case.
2-Payment, deposit and accept booking
To make a reservation, Real Sahara Experience appreciates a small deposit of 150 € (or a country equivalent) sent through Western Union or PayPal. Once we receive the deposit, we confirm your tour by sending you an email.
The balance is due upon your arrival in cash in Moroccan Dirham, US Dollar or Euro.
There is no contract for services between you and R.S.E without this written confirmation.
Note: We reserve the right to treat any reservation that is not fully paid according to the reservation and payment terms as cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms below.
3-Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your travel arrangements in writing. The cancellation charge depends on the number of the days we have received your written cancellation notice prior start of your travel.
If you cancel:
More than 21 days: Refund
Less than 20 days: 0%
If you leave a trip in progress, for any reason, R.S.E will not refund any money. No refunds will be made for any unused portions of the tours (including but not limited to meals, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, excursions), including those due to your removal from the tour and for weather and terrorism reasons, Civil conflict, personal, family, medical or other circumstances beyond our control. The real desert experience does not provide airline tickets, lost flights or anything that deals with your travel, plans or arrangements.
For this reason, it is strongly recommended that you purchase your flight cancellation insurance and stop at the time of booking, as this will cover cancellation charges in certain circumstances.
4-Change Booked Tour
If a traveler or group wishes to change the tour dates, it will be subject to availability. Our suppliers, including hotels and transport suppliers, often impose additional fees or fines on changes and cancellations.
5-Visas and passports
Travelers should also look for information on visas to enter Morocco. We will not take any responsibility or refund any money for any reason if your term of entry or refusal is extended in Morocco.
Be careful and accurate in checking your government’s pages online and visiting or contacting the nearest Moroccan consulate or embassy.
It is your responsibility to obtain valid and effective documents, including passports, visas, permits and vaccination certificates, if necessary. You also bear full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passports, visas, vaccinations or other entry requirements for each destination and all safety or security conditions in these destinations. You are solely responsible for any negative consequences resulting from missing or defective documents. R.S.E is not responsible for any errors or omissions about the information provided.
6-Luggage
Baggage and personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner throughout the tour. All costs incurred for lost, damaged or overdue baggage are at the expense of the owner.
7-Traveling with the “Real Sahara Experience” means that you accept being :
– Ready to leave in the departure city on the departure day of the tour and time. We are not responsible for any losses caused by canceled or unanswered flights, altered airline lines, late arrival, or early departure.
– Flexible and accepting of different culture and customs – Flexible with your correspondent (s), guide (s), driver (s), hotel staff
– Follow all rules, decisions and advice from the manual or staff
Acceptance and reception of nationals of host countries
– Compliance with all local laws
– Assessing your abilities adequately
– Respect for other participants
Our decision, or the decision of the local operator or guide, is a final decision on all matters that may threaten safety or interfere with the well-being of the group or individual travelers. We, the local operator or the guide, may remove any person we judge by not being able to meet the requirements and conditions of participation in the activities of the tour.
R.S.E team and / or independent local operators reserve the right to cancel, shorten, modify, modify or modify the route without prior notice in the event of a change of schedule, change of surface transport, security issues or any other events beyond its control Cancellations, illness, strikes, political conflicts, weather, border crossing problems) make such changes necessary for the safety, comfort and / or comfort of passengers.
If, prior to departure, we make any significant changes due to a problem with a supplier, for example a hotel bankruptcy, we will, as soon as possible, notify you of the available alternatives. Such changes may require payment of an additional amount or refund less than any non-refundable deposit and third party cancellation fees. If there is a cancellation, which is rare, we will refund you all payments less than any non-refundable deposit and third party cancellation fees, or, at our discretion, gives you the option to participate in an alternative round. If the alternative round you choose is less valuable or larger than the originally booked tour, you will be eligible to redeem the price difference or claim the price difference, whichever is the case.
We will not reimburse you for personal expenses such as airline tickets, hotel or other travel expenses due to changes in routes or cancellation of flights.
